Confirmed by Costco CFO Richard Galanti in a 2017 Wall Street Journal interview. Kimberly-Clark, the manufacturer of Huggies, also manufactures Kirkland Signature Supreme Diapers. Same SAP (superabsorbent polymer) core technology.
